We believe that God is calling many young men to become disciples who are fully engaged in the mission of Jesus Christ.  However, many times it becomes difficult for a young man to find someone who will challenge and encourage his growth in the Lord.  In the Summer of 2008 we launched our Elite Leaders Initiative to multiply the work of God by investing in a select group of men who possess vision, faith, character, and courage. 

Elite Leaders Initiative was designed for the young man who is motivated to take his relationship with Jesus Christ to a whole new level.  We set the bar very high so that those who spend time with us will grow in their character and faith as well as personal ministry skills.  Our desire is to multiply our influence for Jesus Christ throughout the world through the unique ministry of each resident.

Throughout the year each resident will learn to handle the Word of God with authority, gain confidence in sharing his faith, and rest in his identity and freedom in Jesus Christ.  Since God created each one of us uniquely we desire to help each resident discover how to best serve Him using his own God-given design.   Therefore, our curriculum is tailor-made for each individual to maximize the potential of each young man.
