Simply put...Aaron is a catalyst. Aaron has been a Church Plant Coordinator for two successful Church Plants. Church Planting is a sweet spot for Aaron and one of his current responsibilities with ONEHEARTBEAT is coaching Senior Pastors who are in the process of Church Planting.
Aaron has also had the privilege of starting and directing various ministries within the local church including: Assimilation, Small Group, Single Adult, High School and Jr High.
Aaron and his wife Jill reside in Broomfield Colorado and currently serve in Leadership at Harvest Bible Chapel of Denver. Aaron loves to ski, run, scuba dive, read and climb Colorado's beautiful 14,000 foot peaks.
Aaron has a passion to see people become Fully Engaged disciples of Jesus Christ who serve His Church. It still amazes him that God would use "an old sinful fisherman" to work for this purpose.
