PREACHING
"Preach the Word. Be faithful in season and out of season. Correct, rebuke, and encourage with great patience and careful instruction." 2 Timothy 4:2
"For we do not preach ourselves, but Jesus Christ as Lord, and ourselves as your servants for Jesus' sake." 2 Corinthians 4:5
The Apostle Paul encouraged the young Pastor Timothy in the first century to be faithful in proclaiming the resurrected Christ. We still believe that the most important message is the message of the Gospel and that God's chosen instrument is a faithful preacher of His Word.
Proclamation is our primary ministry that we believe allows the other facets of our ministry to flourish. Simply put, we believe that in every generation God calls men to be faithful in preaching the Word. Preaching is more than just motivation, inspiration, or a transfer of information. It is the power of God through a man faithful in the Word of God that captures and transforms the heart of their hearers.
Today there are many people who claim to be preachers, but the proof of preaching is maturing and multiplying followers of Jesus Christ. A man filled with Spirit of God, passionate for Jesus Christ and sound in doctrine will glorify God and allow the Spirit of God to transform those who listen.
ONEHEARTBEAT proclaims the Good News in several different venues, which include but are not limited to: churches, camps, retreats, prisons, athletic teams, corporate functions, youth groups, and college ministries. COACHING
"For we are God's workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do." Ephesians 2:10

ONEHEARTBEAT believes that every believer in Jesus Christ needs to be Fully Engaged in the Mission of Jesus Christ until He returns. However, most believers (including Pastors) have neither been trained nor empowered to be used by the Spirit of God to lead someone to faith in Christ or to mature that person as His follower. Moreover, many believers have had bad experiences with evangelism and discipleship or think that ministry is reserved for the special few.
We offer training in evangelism and discipleship that unleash people to maximize the opportunities they have to share the Gospel and build people in their faith. Our training builds people in their identity in Christ and equips them with skills for daily Christian living. Unlike many evangelism workshops that provide content without any dialogue or application we make sure that every person involved personally learns and feels confident in sharing his faith.
Many believers are saddled with guilt and shame and feel the only reason to share the Gospel is out of duty and fear. Our desire is to train believers to develop a greater awareness of the hope that they have been given in Christ so that sharing the Gospel becomes a joyful privilege and a part of one's daily life.
ONEHEARTBEAT believes that sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ is the greatest catalyst for stimulating growth in the Christian Life. Without being engaged in the mission of Jesus Christ leads to apathy, complacency, and frustration.

EQUIPPING
"Do not let this book of the law depart from your mouth; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful. Be strong and courageous. Do not be terrified; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go." Joshua 1:8-9
Men are called by God to live lives of Strength and Honor. Both are a necessary requirement of being a man. Men who possess strength without honor become bullies and are abusive. Their lives are marked by a self-centeredness that wounds people near them because of the inability to keep their ego in check. However, just as tragic are men who possess integrity without strength and continue to live lives of passivity. These men lack the courage and bravery necessary to lead and make a stand for what is right. Instead of being bullies these men are wimps.
Our Men's Ministry is designed to equip men in the Word of God so that the Holy Spirit may shape them and develop their dependence on Jesus Christ. Our faithful proclamation of the Word and interactive discussions help men to grow in their understanding of God, the Scriptures, and themselves so that they may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.
Our desire is to allow the Spirit of God to shape and mold the heart of every man we teach to become the fullness of what God intended him to become. When men are worshipping and honoring God we believe that they can then fulfill their God-given role to lead in the family, in the church, and in the community. We know that in the heart of every man is the call to greatness and we believe that there is nothing as masculine as Christ-likeness.
